Inspired by the needs of local professionals for a first-class shared office environment, Heritage Executive Suites opened in July 2015.

Heritage Executive Suites (HES) consists of approximately 43 separate offices of various shapes and sizes which can accommodate any small business requirement. Many of the suites are furnished and others allow for personalization by tenants who already have their own furnishings. HES is staffed by a full time executive administrator during normal business hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. Each professional and their staff has after-hours access to their offices using our 24/7 security key fob system.

Common amenities include a breakroom, executive restrooms and a furnished conference room available at no charge, after scheduling with the executive administrator. HES receives common mail deliveries and utilities, heat, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are all included in the monthly rental fee. Guest WIFI is also available for the convenience of visitors. Some offices based on their business may require their own dedicated server and phone service which is arranged directly through the local provider. UPS and Federal Express overnight boxes are available on site.

Heritage Executive Suites is located on Route 52 in Hopewell Junction and is easily accessible from Route 84 and the Taconic State Parkway. HES is in close proximity to Beacon, Millbrook, Lagrange, Fishkill, Wappingers, Poughkeepsie as well as Fairfield County in Connecticut and Orange, Putnam, Westchester and Ulster Counties in New York. Dutchess County is the home to Vassar College, Marist College, Walkway Over The Hudson, The Culinary Institute of America, The Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site, DIA Beacon and the Vanderbilt Mansion.

Current HES professionals include: attorneys, massage therapist, makeup artists,  process servers, investment advisors, psychologists, life coaches, mortgage companies, accountants,  engineers, tax preparer, car service, insurance company and a children’s music academy.

HES is located at Heritage Square. Other tenants at the Property include, IBTS, Access Physical Therapy, Edward Jones, Dr. Kathleen Ennabi, MD, TEG Federal Credit Union, Fratello’s Gourmet Pizza, Casa Mexico, Westchester Visiting Nurses, Core Pilates, Aegean Nails, Trinity Martial Arts, Keller Williams Real Estate and Rhinebeck Bank.
